How many people would like to see the old television show "the Rifleman" remade..

on the big screen? I used to love this show back in the day. Usually after watching it at my grandparents farm Id pick up my old Daisy "Red Rider" bb gun and head to the lake. I almost broke my hand trying to fan the leaver of my Daisy, like Chuck did on the show.
I think they could use William Dafoe to play the part of Lucus McCain, if he can get the rifle tricks learned. My favorite episode was "and the Devil Makes Five". Its the one about the rattle snake in Chuck's bedroll, read about it here....http://www.riflemanconnors.com/Default.htm

Err no. He is a shrimp. He has negative connections as a dad in his spiderman roles and lets not get into his many bad guy and last temptations of christ roles. Nicholas Cage or to make it really PC the Rock baby. Demeanor wise they are closer to Lucus McCain.

I rewatched the Big Country and Chuck Connors was great in it.
