How many rights have been broken here?

The video shows an elderly woman during Katrina getting attacked by Police, having her gun forcibly taken away from her, and then dragged against her will away from her own home.

I counted three rights being stripped from her right off the top of my head. Anybody else want to chime in on any more that were taken away?

4th Amendment: Search & Seizure
5th Amendment: Trial and Punishment,
Compensation for Takings

This is the greatest abuse of rights in this country I have ever seen. Of course the sheeple are more interested in Paris Hilton's latest fiasco.

If this doesn't wake people up to what's going on, I don't know what will.

NRA was supposed to be in Louisiana suing the pants of this bunch but I can't seem to find out what happened with that. Feel free to chime in on this if you know more about it.

Rights?!?!?!? What Rights!?!?!?! This is a perfect example of how our rights mean absolutely NOTHING if we don't exercise them, and fight for them. Complacient people don't have rights!

The legal, lawbidding citizens of New Orleans should have banned together and formed a militia to protect themselves. People rely too much on the government, especially when we know that authority corrupts.

Everyone of those police officers and soldiers should be ashamed of themselves. They were being used as a tool of the government, and should have stood with the people. Because you wear a uniform doesn't mean you don't have a brain, they took an oath to serve and protect the PEOPLE, this includes the rights of the people. Against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC!!

The fact that this wasn't made into HUGE news story shows the corruption of media as well.

I saw (on the news) one group of well-to-do 30-somethings whose homes were on high ground that did exactly that.

The National Guard came and stole their guns.

Activism is for organizing to do something about the problem. There are already plenty of Internet forums you can visit if all you want to do is complain about it.
