The All American Turret is a great press, on ebay maybe 125.00 with the primer arm.
The primer arm is sort of rare as it was an expensive option at the time. The press was an expensive press in its day too 1960 to around 1980 and is built like a tank. Make sure it has the adapter in the bigger hole or it will be unuseable for anything but an antique shotshell die or 50 cal die. If it has a 310 adapter die in one of the holes thats a bonus as then you can mount the 55 measure on the press with room for 3 dies.
The 55 powder measure is worth around $50 bucks, they work great.
The scale is a good scale made by Ohaus originally and labeled Lyman, it is basically the same as a RCBS 1010 with out the extra grain capacity. I dont know what its worth but probably around $50.00.
I cant answer for the rest.
The manuals are probably worth around $5 ea
