Voted sometimes because there is no 'hardly any at all'. I don't have access to a TV but if it's on in the breakroom on my lunchbreak or if my parents are watching it while I'm over, I'll catch a minute or two.

Probably watch less hours per year on TV than I burn up playing on THR for a given day

It is in your best interests to keep up with what the average joe sees from socialist news sources.

BTW - "lessons" are embedded also in most TV shows. I saw a pretty good homeschooling hatchet job (gun ownership thrown in as icing) on SVU the other night.

Near every episode of Star Trek TNG has some commie message hidden in it. They've had the "global warming with no proof" episode, and an anti-death-penalty/pro-subjective-law episode. Notice also that they are in a utopian communist future where nobody trades for anything and food comes out of thin air (STTNG was used by a "friend" as proof of how communism would not make us all poor).

Golden Age of TV....NOT

I grew up watching Gunsmoke, Combat, The Twilight Zone, One Step Beyond, The Untouchables, etc....you get the picture: quality television(I'm over 50).

I rarely watch network TV(except Fox News, & Fear Factor now & then). IMHO, there is a lot of great stuff on The History Channel, The Outdoor Channel, Outdoor Life. I admit to being too lazy to rent videos/DVDs, so I get HBO and one or two other Movie Channels.

over the yrs,,,

:cuss: I have gotten to the point that I cannot stand to watch any of them monkey humpin Sobs at any of the networks,,and I have broken more than a few of them remotes throwing them at the tv, when the wife leaves it on,,and them monkey humpers are on,,even fox suxs

only thing I will watch is a movie on satillite,,,other wise,,I can do completely with out a tv,,,

i am watching tv less and less. few programs on I like. mostly I listen to am radio. though its begining to go downhill as well. otherwise its internet and grain of salt as usual.

Virtually never. I'll occasionally watch a movie while doing household chores, but that's it. No cable, no TV news, etc. Reality TV? Sorry, but really don't know much about any of those programs.

FWIW,

emc

About the only thing we watch at my house on network TV is American Idol.. (At least the wife does)

Otherwise, it's either on the History Channel, the Weather Channel, or cartoons for the kid.

Once in a while, mostly hoping not to confirm what we already know. But so far all I've done is darn near puked when they start twisting things around. Just wait till "campaign finance conform" errr.... I mean reform kicks in here shortly.

I never watch their news programs. The only major network shows I watch with any regularity are Jeopardy and Third Watch (when I remember to tape it, since I don't stay up that late.

I prefer to read my news on the net.

To be honest, I have not watched a network news program since 1992- I have not watched a network sitcom since 1996- I have satel. connections and do not rec. any local channels which suits me just fine. I gather my news from the internet and from fox news channel. I do rec. a dqaily paper, but I am to the point of cancelling it due to a drastic shift from left leaning to radical knee jerk socialist trash.

Big 3? Never. As far as major network news, I only watch Brit Hume on Fox if that counts.

I switched to satellite recently and the local channels (ABC, etc.) aren't even on the satellite, so I have to put rabbit ears up if want to watch anything on those channels.

The rabbit ears stay in the closet.

I haven't watched the three major networks "news" programs in many years. I occasionally watched them for amusement up to the point in time of Ted Koppel leaving Dole's Republican convention back in '96 declaring "There's no news here." I was thinking the same thing about ABC "news;" lots of partisan propaganda for the extremist left, but little objective news coverage, kind of like an American BBC.

I'll watch Fox and C-Span, that's about it for television news.

Never. History Channel, Discovery Channel, American Shooter on OLN, some baseball, football, and Golf. That's it.

The less people watch the propaganda channels, the more they have to think what's going on. First, they'll blame Bush, then they'll blame their viewers, and after some years they got the "Heureka", our progams and news are crap!

I know, just wishful thinking.

It is really intriguing how similar this ABC, CNN, NBC channels are to the former communist Germany TV (didn't live there, but you could receive it being near the border).

(If someone remembers, Eduard von Schnitzler could have been the clone of Peter Jennings or some of the other "useful idiots" - these guys should really read their Lenin!)

I never watch mainstream media, and I haven't for about 7 years. I'm better off because of it.
