I have a S&W that was owned by my father and he recieved it from his father! According to his story, his father carried it as he made house calls in Cleveland, Ohio as a Doctor back in the day. He also said that it was never fired. The revolver is a S&W 38 spcl. CTG. It has a serial # on the butt...274923. There's four numbers locacted just below the barrel when you release the cylinder...6077. The top of the barrel is the copyright dates range from Oct. 8, 1901 to Dec. 29, 1914. The weapon is blue with minimal wear on the finish. It has alot of sentimental value and some help would be imensely appreciated.
