I checked their website and they do not have a list of serial number mfg dates.

If it is German-made, turn the gun upside down and look for markings on the bottom front of the slide where it protrudes past the frame. In addition to the funny-looking squiggles (proof marks), there will be two letters, which is the date code.
A=0 B=1 C=2 D=3 E=4 F=5 G=6 H=7 (no I) J=8 K=9
So if, for example, the date code is KF (like my P228
) the year would be 1995.
