How do i do it? hard to find any decent instructions on how to do so. Any help at all would be much appreciated.

There is a knurled knob with a locking tab in the middle of the mag. Press the tab in with a flat screwdriver blade and unscrew the knob.
The back plate sheetmetal overlaps the rest of the mag. Gently tap at the seam and it should come apart. It might be stuck on pretty well if never taken apart before. Be careful, the inside metal edges are sharp.
