This is likely second nature to all of the 1911 experts around here but I thought maybe some noobs may like to see it done.

Pretty straightforward. I figured it was cheaper to try it myself than send it anywhere for repair. It came loose with relatively few rounds through the pistol... probably less than 2000. I've run this pistol in a couple of matches but otherwise it's just a plinking pistol for my wife (which she loves).
This time I just degreased it and re-staked it to see if it'll hold; if it comes loose again I'll rip it off and install another with loc-tite, etc.
