howa/weatherby receiver

Is the only way to get a howa receiver as a barreled action? A guy I know gave me a howa 1500 30-06 barrel and the stock with some other parts I bought from him. He used the reciver in a custom rifle he built and I have been trying to find one to replace it and make a working rifle out of these parts.

Yes, they are available as finished rifles.
