How'd I do?

Don't know. How would I be able to tell? It's a P32PK, if that helps.

Sounds like a good price.

The interesting thing to me is how little KelTecs get heavily discounted, given all of the other competition out there. I think you were lucky to find any Keltec under $200. Even the first series Ruger LCP is being sold online for 170-ish, new, but try to find the equivalent KelTec at that price. You were lucky to find one for $170. Congrats!

Be careful with the Silvertips....they can rimlock in the mags being as they're short enough to move forward under recoil or even just jarring the mag handling it. KT used to offer a mag spacer which prevented shorter HP rounds from moving and rimlocking but I'm not sure if it's still available. Easy enough to bend a wire to accomplish the same thing if your mag/s don't already have this modification. Or....run FMJ which fill the mag properly.

I like the P-32 for those special occasions when you need a very small concealed handgun. I've owned one for about 10 years and won't be getting rid if it. I carry 60gr Fiocchi JHP ammo, not the XTP bullet ammo. I practice with 73gr Fiocchi FMJ ammo.

I have those factory kits installed on 2 of my magazines which prevents rim-lock.

Nice purchase! I sure like mine. It's very easy to carry and shoot. Mine has been 100% reliable, though admittedly I only use fmj.

I've had one since 2011, a Gen-2. I'm glad I have it. Carry it a lot, especially as a second piece.

The Gen-2 has a flat-topped slide with a front blade/rear notch sights set, and an external extractor. The Gen-1 has a "gabled" slide with dots front and rear for sights, and an internal extractor.

The owner of the OP's probably rimlocked one of those two Silvertips and decided to get rid of the gun altogether, figuring it for a POS. :D

Sounds like you did alright on the price for a very lightly used P32. Let us know how it does at the range when you get a chance.

According to that discrimination I have a Gen2 P-32. When did the Gen2 come out? I have has this pistol for about 10 years.

I've got a first gen P32 that's still running strong. I think you did well. The Silvertips alone would cost you about $45 or $50.

I was really tempted when a few weeks back a local shop had a used but clean p32 for 135.00 I already have one and did not see the need for another.I went back last week and it was gone... as well as a blued gp100 6 inch for 400.00 they had I went to check on
