I was reading the thread on "Modern blackpowder defence gun" and this gun was mentioned.

Pedisoli 20ga Howda Hunter double barrel pistol.

Check it out at dixie gunworks, item # PH0581

sells for $625 in a 20 gauge double, and $675 in a .50 cal double.

Its even offered as a 20ga and .50 cal combo, like a drillings.

I gotta have the double 20ga. Man my marrage is gonna suffer, but i JUST GOTTA HAVE IT!!!!!

the suggested load for it is 35grs black with 1 oz of shot

or

35grs and a patched .62cal round ball.

They haven't had it in stock since before xmas!
They do show the kits are in stock, but it doesn't seem worth it for the little bit of $ you save.

I like that 32-gauge double pistol (also has a .223 rifled barrel) that the Russians have on the space station. I think without the detachable shoulder stock it would be classified as an AOW here.

They have .32-gauge brass hulls at Midway...
