None of the above note any change in status. I'm not sure that the article is necessarily true (hopefully not, at least).

Maybe I am just not seeing it, but I didn't see anything on that site that indicated that HR1022 is out of committee.

re-read it - it says 'corrected entry' and its now submitted to committee.

Even if it passed in its current form (it wont) youre talking about another 6 or 7 months till this would hit the senate, if at all.

I'm going to close this, only because it was (seemingly) in error. We need to keep our eye on this one, but the last thing we need is to freak out prematurely.
