HR 127 Discussion And Help

This new HR 127 that was introduced in the legislature.... text has finally been added to it, and it's HORRIBLE. Would someone mind helping this ole country boy decipher the legal-ese and understand the entirety of this ? I got the gist of it, just wanted to see if I missed anything important.

Also.... let's not devolve into heinous uncivilized debate... that's not good.

Let's pass on this. We've discussed it extensively and there is little chance of it passing. Also, if you want us to discuss something, a link would have been required and an analysis of what is new.

However, given the last flame fest on this bill, let it go until it actually gets to a committee and considered.
