does anyone know how much hunter orange you have to wear hunting squirrel in ohio i have ohios hunting ahd trapping regulations 2011-2012 but i cant seem to find it

I don't think there is an "amount" requirement. Here is what I found using my google-fu.

When hunting squirrel in Ohio, as long as you don't hunt during deer gun season, you are not required to wear hunter orange.

New guy, if you need additional clarification on regulations, there's an email address listed on the ODNR web site. I've only used it once and got a response the next day. Also, feel free to call them. Many of them are hunters and very eager to help. Great folks!

New guy, I see that you've obtained a copy of the Hunting Regulations Handbook. Excellent. Note that my previous post regarding "deer gun season" also includes "muzzleloader season".

Though many have had great results using a shot gun on squirrel, my only experience is with the .22, but if I can help in any way, feel free to PM me.

The folks that make up hunting rules in Ontario Canada specify 400 sq. in. of blaze orange plus orange cap. No highway safety vests.
