Husqvarna Revolver info

Anyone have any info on this revolver? It is six shot and chambered for 7.5x22 Swiss round. On the left side of the frame forward of the cyl it is marked as show below.

The barrel and sliding case ejector also have 10955 stamped on them on the left side or the frame.

The right side of the frame behind the cyl has stamping as shown below. The first o in the series of numbers has a ~ below the o.

The only thing i have found is the chambering (it is not marked on the weapon) and a guess as to the age of the weapon. 1887-1893 the cylinder freely spins when the hammer is not cocked.

This is a Swedish Nagant revolver (the M1887), made for the Swedish armed forces. Nagant was one of the inventors who submitted a design to the Swedes when they were looking for a new revolver, and he ended up winning; the originals were built at Nagant's factory in Belgium, until the Swedes could get their production lines established at their factory at Husqvarna. The numbers on the right side will be issue markings, showing who it originally went to, but I doubt even the Swedes have that info anymore. The calibre is more properly 7.5mm Nagant, since the Swiss, Swedish, and Norwegians all used it under their own name.

Anyone know if a conversion cylinder for the Russian model could be used on this model? I have fired .32 S&W out of it and it works. Finding correct ammo is a nightmare.

Sadly, no; the 1895 Russian Nagant cylinder moves back and forth as the revolver is cocked, so something would almost certainly not line up during the cycle.
