I don't believe I'm doing this- Glock v. Kahr?

The mini Glocks are fat but light. They shoot like big guns, comfortably and accurately; the Kahrs, not so much (not in my hands anyway).

The steel ones shoot pretty good, but are heavier than a Glock, though slimmer.

It's pretty much a toss-up. I give the edge to Glock for ease of maintenance and availability of parts and accessories. Be sure to shoot at least a few mags through each if you can before you make your decision.

So it looks like they are about equal in height with the Kahr being possibly a hair shorter.

BTW- those are some beautiful grips on the MK9. Are they from Kahr or an aftermarket company?

They are made by Hogue for Kahr. I like them alot better than the factory ones but next time I would go with the smooth over checkered. The checkered part scratches easy. I wish other companies would make them to dress it up better.

Love my Glocks and my Kahrs.

When size is not a concern, I'm packin the Glock 20 in 10mm or the Glock 21 in 45 ACP.

Or if I want extra punch, a G32 or G33.

But if pocket carry or weight is an issue, the Glocks are blocky and will print.

So the Kahr PM9 is best suited for real pocket carry without looking like you got blue balls or a brick in your pocket.

For pure CCW, you can't beat that rig!
