Probably not. If I shot somebody with it and they found out about it, they'd be mad at me.

:D There is probably quite a bit of truth to that statement. Back in my working days I would stop in at a certain LGS that had a coke machine with cheap prices. There was a state cop that frequently did the same thing. One afternoon 25 acp pistols came up in conversation and he told the story of transporting a guy to the hospital three separate times that had been shot with a 25 acp. He also said it was the same gun each time and allowed that if the shooter wanted to finish things she should get a bigger gun.

My Great Uncle Robert carried one of those all through his years with the railroad. Brings back memories.

total recoil

I had one of those only mine was an Astra Cub in .22 Short. I have always been amazed that they could build such a tiny pistol like that and still get it to work!

Fantastic!

I love those tiny guns.
I'm 70 and remember my grandpa carrying one.
I was supposed to inherit it but my cousin stole it and a few others and sold them for drugs.

I beat him soundly for that. I hate junkies

This one is a Colt Jr. and was made in Spain. It is the most dangerous gun I own. It is so tiny that one could easily point it at ones self accidently. It functions flawlessly, but the noise is uncanny. I have several pounds of cartwheels as we also stack silver for when the SHTF. The interest on the national debt is several hundred millions a day now. Great way to run a government?

I've been tempted to buy one of those just for grins and giggles, but the temptation and the money never seem to arrive at the destination at the same time. My wife thinks they're "cute."

Maybe I could put it on my key chain. I've got a couple of the new key fobs that aren't much smaller or lighter.

I was a big user of .25 acp many years, just down to one freaky French one now because it is weird. The little Astra's are accurate and tend to be reliable. By far the most reliable are the Colt 1908 like yours. Yes they are portly. They are also safer Imho than the rest for loaded chamber carry, except maybe the Beretta 20/21 da series which I carried the longest. I've had them all, the baby Browning light weight is 7 .oz unloaded. The V B baby is a little smaller but not as reliable and it's all steel. I put the bottom floor on self defense weapons as .32 acp for last 15 years and sold off a 9 or ten .25s.
