I've had my eye on this one for a few weeks now. I finally caught the wife in a moment of weakness last night, and she signed off on the purchase. I feel like I'm making a corporate type sales presentation sometimes! I had all of my documentation, charts, graphs, Powerpoint presentations, and lots of Grey Goose.

I picked it up this morning for $599. Apparently, no one wanted him, so he was marked for a quick sale. Finally, I was in the right place at the right time. So, here is my very first Para LDA Hi-Cap 9. I'm excited to get to the range. I have to wait until I can register it with the People's Republic of Michigan on monday morning, though. I'm pretty fired up about the LDA trigger. It seems really sweet during dry-fire, I'm sure it's even better with live stuff. WhooooHoooooo!

I agree with hiwayman. The Glock is my type but i heard para is a good gun with the worst service.Let us know if you ever send it in.

What a sweet gun SIRVEYR666!

Congrats on your new "toy". For those old enough to remember your comment regarding Grey Goose reminds me of a scene in the original movie "Miracle on 34th Street".... The boss at Macy's needs to get his wife's permission to bring home the Macy's Santa so he get her completely bombed....at which time she thinks it's a blast to have Santa over...Worked then, worked now....

NICE PISTOL!

Do those LDA's accept normal 1911 triggers? Cus if i owned one and they did that would be the first upgrade i would make. Am I alone one this?:)

I'm a fan of the LDA (still don't own one, but I like shooting them)...congrats & don't forget to tell us how she shoots ;)
