Well Guys if finally happened! I got a tracking number from BOHICA.

About half the orders made the truck today and the rest should be on tomorrow's truck. Please check the UPS website and tracking number to see when your upper will be arriving.

Now UPS does not have a record of the shipment yet, but hopefully tomorrow it will be in the system.

For the record, I ordered on Sept 10, 2007 and paid in May of 2008.


I will keep you all posted with pictures when it gets here.

Unfortunately it seems that mine did not make the shipping dates, I keep getting this UPS message when I try to track it.

I have a bad feeling that it might not ship until Monday at the earliest due to the holiday. But I console myself with the thought that I am one step closer than I was last week.

Ok, update. Today I got the notice that the billing information has been processed.


Still no word if it has actually left the building. With a little luck it will go out today with the 3:30-4:00 pick up by UPS.




I am sure there will be more to follow..............

Wow, how long have they had your money for, 6 months? That is a funny way of doing business, though I guess you do what you have to if you really want something.

I had a Serbu BFG .50 a few years back and it was fun though I can't imagine now with the price of ammo the way it is.

Don't they scan all packages with the hand held bar code reader when they pick them up? I kinda thought it would be electronically tracked from when it enters UPS custody to delivery. It's been a few years since I worked there, but I think we worked on weekends.

Besides the fact that the original shipping notice was on 11/25. Do they charge extra for the "BOHICA buying experience". You know when you usually buy things much of the fun is in the research, anticipation, and waiting. Maybe BOHICA figures all this waiting and anticipation is an added value

IIRC, the scan at pick up is for billing purposes. You don't get that Package Progress tracking detail until it gets scanned at thier facility (when it gets pulled out of the truck) and it starts to get sorted and shipped.

EDIT : Forgot that the initial post was on 11/25. Maybe it is still sitting in BOHICA's garage waiting to be picked up. The UPS sticker (with tracking number) already on the package.

[Or, hopefully not the case, they just gave you a tracking number from one of the stickers in their stack and it isn't ready yet.]

MrBill120, I ordered a 30, but I think I agreed on a 24 at time of payment. Any length will be fine, just as long as I can finally get it.

So they started the shipping process on the 25th of november and the boxes didn't leave there until today?

That's uhhhh..... pretty bad I guess is the only word I can think of. That's 2 full weeks.

Thanks TexasRifleman, I am getting tired of the delaying tactics. He realized that a small comment, or something like giving the tracking numbers, then wait a week or so and turn in the numbers for billing can buy him a few weeks before the masses start revolting again. Easy answer is to get the product out when it's promised, but that horse has been beat into the ground so many times with this purchase.
