I gots the blues lately... S&W style - M13 & M583 pics

I went to a gunshow recently looking for a model 19 2.5". Didn't find one of those, but I did find this little gem. Even though I already have a Brad Lewis customized 13-3 w/ a bobbed hammer, I couldn't resist having a "stock" one also. Paid $325 which might be a tad high, but it's condition, as you can see, is fantastic. And it came with original box, papers, and looking like it had hardly ever been fired. Gotta love blue Smiths!

$325 for a LNIB 3" RB/HB Model 13? You did just fine.

Nice pictures. That's a sharp-looking 586 you scored, too.

Thanks for the comments... I didn't get quite as good a score with the 586 ($400, no box)... but considering that 586's seem to be increasingly scarce these days, I felt like it was a decent deal on a gun I really wanted to have. It's got a great action, very little wear/use, and of course it's accurate as heck. Guns (especially Smiths) are just so danged fun!
