Nice Ladysmith! Pocket holsters rule. I use one for my mod 36, fits well in my ranch coat.

REAL Model 60!

Arg. Everybody's got their own definition of a "real" S&W. Some might not consider a rubber-gripped, non-pinned-barrel, non-flash-chromed M60 to be a "real" M60. Let's let lyricsdad enjoy his new gun.

yeah i was holding this pistol, and i forgot the model, but an airweight, the ladysmith seemed a helluva lot beefier, steel. nice. I still need a nice day to fire it.. grr dang winter.. I know it will make a great carry pistol in fact I think it is going to replace my auto loaders as my carry pistol. I picked up some 155 i think.. grain hydrashocks for her.. also got some +p .38s and umc 127gr 357s, and wwb .38s.. so gonna have to try em all out... i dont mind the pistol lock, never really ever bugged me, I own two pistols without them, and removed the lock from my walther p22. so in face the only pistol i own is my springer gi model, and even that I can remove the lock.. i have not run into problems yet with the lock.. so when I do, i will remove them.

Yeah I love my pistols, and my compters.. macs rule. I am waiting for my next toy which is my video ipod, i have mine on backorder... grrrr.

so hopefully weather holds up and I can shoot this lil pistol..

oh yeah anyone recommend a nice iwb holster? and a nice pocket holster?? thanks.

If you like the gun, you like the gun. I wouldn't let the purists get to you. No matter where you draw the line, there's always going to be someone more hardcore.

yeah just like when cars came out with airbags, it didnt steer me away from getting a new car... i got a newer car when airbags came out because I needed a new car.. in this case, i needed a smaller easier to carry pistol. the revolver was something i never owned, and i liked the way it felt, i didnt feel underpowered with a .357 under the hood.

Looks like a great gun. I hope you get a lot of enjoyment out it. Plus, that round should be good for any two-legged animal you encounter.
