I may have a problem....

This now brings the collection to 7. I bought the Glock, because every collection should have one. I am not a Glock-a-holic, but I enjoy a variety. I just can't wait to save up for the next purchase... a S&W 686, and a Garand. That might help with my problem... There are sooo many guns without good homes. Just doing my part and adopting as many as I can :D
 
I love my Saiga 308's have 2 one converted and the other still sporter upon which I will be 'como'ing' soon.Nice selection you have there,but id (my own opinion) wouldve gotten an XD instead of the Glock.
 
You don't have to apologize for having just one Glock. However, in a few months, I fully expect you to have at least one more. You're welcome in advance.
 
I have one more Glock on the list, and an XD. But they are farther down. Here is the list in order (pending any great deals of course)

1. S&W 686
2. Garand
3. Springfield 1911 GI
4. Glock 31
5. CZ 75
6. AR 15/M4 (still deciding on the model / models)
7. Saiga 12
8. XD40
9. .38 snubby (still deciding on model)
10. SIG PRO 2009
11. Another AK!

And I am always looking to add, nor will I stop there, like I said. I am a gun-a-holic :D
 
Exactly right, Grump. With 3 pieces you can still claim "need". That is really hard to do once you pass 50 in the safe. It's good that my wife can't tell the difference between a Hakim and a Garand at a glance. A full, or nearly full safe makes it easier to cammoflage the new babies, also.

You got the fever bro! You need group therapy. Just post the groups. But honey, they are safety items. See they have a safety.
 
It must a be a virus, and posting photos like this are only going to accelerate the spread of it.
 
I also have the problem, I go to a state college, I live at home, I work full time (making good money)...... and I'm broke


and i have more than one gun for every year of my life, I've bought a gun, or two, or three, every month this year so far

my parents finally threatened to charge me rent if i bought another one this year, either they were bluffing or my dad hasn't really looked through the safe recently

I'm infected too. Although my records are a bit more modest than some. Most at once: two. Most in a week: three. The only thing keeping me from buying another is the 28" barrel I want to get for my 870 and I really need to get set up to reload.

Good gawd man! Blasphemy!!! With that said, I just bought a Saiga in 7.62x39! ;) Can't wait to shoot it. However, I am going to convert it to take normal AK mags and the standard AK stock set up.
 
I agree the S&W 642 is an excellent choice but not the only one. a 638, 637 would also be acceptable depending on which you like the looks of. I like all three. I do have a cure for your gun buying "problem" but I love my wife and I'm not ready to give her up.
 
Try to maintain. There is no cure, but it is not fatal (although your wife might kick your tail). The symptoms are cyclical. I have found that the arrival of the credit card statement usually helps it to go into remission. For a little while.
