whoops

9mm, yes. I stocked up a couple years ago on ammo and still have a ton, but I saw 50rd boxes of WWB for 14.97 and 100 for 15.87 and I thought that had to be a good price.

I hadnt even noticed he didn't list the caliber. But i saw "100 rds of WWB" and the price and just assumed it was 9mm.

WW White Box

First answer the Q, yes good price.

Second, in firing thousands of rounds of this 9mm ammunition over the last 4years, one misfire. One box of 100 rounds, plus $10.00 match fee, a couple of gallons of gas... half a day of fun at the range, for under $35.00.

Do we have a great sport in IDPA in central Florida, or what?

Same price as at my local WalMart yestiday (9mm FMJ)...and yes, it's a good price and is decent ammo. I've fired many thousands of WWB rounds in a variety of pistol calibers for several years. I've occasionally found an imperfect round (bullet setback, smeared brass case). No misfires.

What's scary is that $15+ for a 100 rd value pack is considered a good deal today.

Two years ago, it could be found on the shelves for $9+ per box.

Over 50% price increase in 24 months.

Yep,

I shoot WWB out of my guns all the time, just had not bought any in a few years. Back when Gart Sports was around in Denver, they had a sale where the WWB was $3.88 a box. I cleaned out a few stores and almost had my pickup bed dragging on the ground.

I still have a few K rounds, but I thought Id start stocking up again if I saw it at a good price. Went back and bought 20 more boxes.

I also went to Sportsman's and bought a set of 9mm dies. Gonna start reloading it if it is this expensive.
