I particularly like my Wiley XL-1 glasses, you can send the.. uh.. specifications of your prescription to Wiley, and they'll make a set of lenses for SG-1s or XL-1s out of polycarbonate to fit the prescription.

Just say no to Google & YES to goggles!

Ya - Ya - YA!!

The Wiley SG-1's (possibly with the V-cuts) are the supremo goggles in (for) my eyes. I want a pair so bad...

Check 'em out here.

I know some people don't like Wileys but I do.
I have the SG1's with all the lenses. They're great. ON the range they're super safe, and off the range they look great.

The only issue I have is that when I'm doing some tactical training, the glasses do tend to fog. I've solved that by applying Rain-X.

I believe that's exactly why the V-Cuts were added - to reduce/eliminate the fogging issue. Presumably yours don't have that feature?

If a pair of glasses hasn't been purchased yet:

Due to me ruining a relatively good pair of polycarbonate prescription glasses with large lenses I also wore at the range, I was also looking for a new pair of prescription sun/shooting glasses. (I had also bought a good pair of regular glasses but the lenses are small, too small for use at the range for protection IMO.) My first choice was Wiley-X G-Line. Although they didn't wrap entirely around, the curvature and large lenses were good enough, IMO (prescription ready). Unfortunately, my Spherical measurements were a bit too large for them to grind. Looked at the Oakley's before but there prescription line was too small physically. Also, I didn't want goggles.

Found Rudy Project's Rydon (in simple black). They were able to fill my prescription and wrapped around. Prescription lenses are snap on/off, outer polycarbonate protective lens also snap on/off for different tints and replacement (warrantied for life). (I chose smoke black.) A bit expensive but they seem to work OK. Rudy Project.

RnR yes I got these before the v cuts were around. The Rain-x works well, and if I losen the strap a bit the problem goes away.
