I'm picking mine up at Cadiz Gun Works in Cadiz, Ohio tomorrow. I waited less than 60 days and that was with a 1 week power outage from the BIG storms a few weeks back. I'm real happy with that.

Balance.... AK..... That's funny

The are cool shotguns for sure.

LOL Trust me, if you hold one of the unconverted Saigas and compare the balance and feel of it to a standard converted Saiga (no SBS or anything crazy), you can tell the big difference.

well, you'll have to cut the barrel down to 12", install a compensator, a FAL grip, collapsible stock, modify the firing group to allow full auto as well as semi, pop an ACOG on it, and install a 40mm grenade launcher under the barrel. don't forget the 20-round drum mags.

you could call it... Abomination.

Erik, I think that is a damn fine idea. I know a guy who did something like that, only he used an EOTech. Kills the crap out of undead. :p

For you guys that are interested, I've got 9 Saiga 12s unclaimed on a shipment that is coming in first part of next week. $600 each.

600 bux? Whew. I'm glad I just bought 2 more about a month ago for 489 a piece (that dealer is completely out of stock at this time, a local non-internet dealer).

They sure aren't getting any cheaper!!

Yup it is!!!

That is why you replace the stock, pistol grip, trigger group, and gas piston.

That gives you 6 parts and makes you legal.

Actually the aftermarket mags give you 3 additional parts as well so you would be well over the limit with only a trigger group change.

The aftermarket mags give you 3 US parts.

I broke down and bought my saiga 12 today! I couldn't resist.... I also bought a Saiga rifle in .223 to go with the 308 I already had..... I am building a happy little Saiga family.....
