The barrel is a tight slip fit.
Not threaded.
Put it in the freezer over-night.
Then take it out and quickly clamp the barrel in wood v-blocks in a vice.
Then, throw some quick heat from a torch on the alloy frame.
(but not Too hot!)
The frame will expand faster then the steel barrel if you do it quickly.
You should then be able to twist / wiggle the frame off the barrel shank.
(it could be it has been off before. And somebody used Lock-Tight to make a tight fit again.)
In that case, you will have to get it hot enough to 'smoke' the lock-tight before it will move at all.
