Looks like a nice set up. I like that the straps interchange with their other holsters. I just bought a Diamond D's guide holster yesterday and wondered while I was buying it if the straps would interchange with their other holsters so all I would have to do is buy a different holster to go with the straps instead of buying everything again.

Seriously, with all the tactical nylon rigs out there the SR Chesty is probably the best rig I own. It just works so well; you can change up the position of the holster at will, add any accessories you like and can be used with almost any holster with more than one belt loop. They used to sell a universal adapter for holsters with just a single belt loop which unfortunately looks like they dropped, but I'm sure if asked Rob would gladly whip one up for you if asked.

Speaking of Rob and his Chesty, we worked a deal where he's making a custom holster for my 22/45 with silencer attached to be used in conjunction with the Chesty Puller, once I get the damn thing and can provide proper measurements/pics that is. Can't much think of another holster system that would allow for field carry of a suppressed pistol.

So yeah, thumbs up for the CPS!

Gato Montés -- I have a Mark III 22/45 with a Silencer Co SS Sparrow Suppressor -- if you need measurements let me know. I have been looking for a holster that better accommodates the suppressor.

I think its one great product. Its a must have if you have the simple rugged holster. Its nice to have the weight of the gun infront rather than the traditional hip. Im glad i got it.
NOw i need to get a 6 inch SW 586 or 686.

I own five simply rugged holsters and can't say enuff good things about them. My favorite is a sourdough pancake I got for my Ruger Blackhawk. It was when he still made them in brown. It is sharp as a tack and they are all first class leather.
