two things
First off my vote is for a nice buckmark, at this point i personally would choose it over a current generation Ruger, but that's b/c i liked it the way it was as the MkII.
second
if you look at a High Standard, make sure it's a "real" HS (ie pre- Mitchell) the current "High Standard" does not maintain anywhere near the same quality standards as the original company. the older guns are great if they're in god repair etc. the new ones... their reputation is not good. and lets leave it at that or this will be a long reply

The High Standards are also excellent guns although a bit more money as I recollect.
