this at Walmart for $ 6 for a box of 100 rds. I havent tried this and what got my attention was it has the 40 gr bullet, a bit heavy at 1300 ft sec. round nose . I will give this a try in my Walther G 22 .

That isn't super fast, there are 40gr. cartridges that can best 1400fps, and the Aguila Interceptors near 1500fps IIRC. That said, it may very well be good ammo (don't recall having tried that particular type), and the price isn't too bad, and absolutely anything is better than CCI IMO. For a while the Winchester rimfire ammo wasn't doing so hot (at least for me), but lately I have started to use a bit now and then and have found it to be on par if not better than Federal. Aguila is also doing well for me.

:)

40 gr at 1300 ft sec is good enough. More than superfast as in the blinking of an eye.

Agreed, just pointing out that faster rounds exist. The important part is whether it shoots well for you in your rifle.

:)

I fired one round and definitely has a louder crack and noticeable recoil , too. ALthough the POI is higher than the subsonic i used to zero my Walther G 22.

IIRC, the Winchester bulk packs use a truncated cone hollow point bullet, whereas these are round nose and copper washed.
