I want an Albanian SKS but it's California Legal

I've been cursed with a C&R and recently ordered a couple Yugo SKS's and now I want to get an Albanian but I'm wondering if I'll be buying a neutered rifle? I'm not in California and not subject to their laws, so I don't want something that's been hacked up.

The only thing that makes the Yugo SKS's illegal in the PRK is the rifle grenade launcher attachment. Said attachment is unique to the Yugos. There shouldn't be anything 'neutered' about an SKS from other countries.

Okay. Thanks. For some reason I thought bayonets were not allowed in Cali. Even though the picture shows the bayonet, I thought maybe they meant they were removed.

Ooh...not sure about the bayonet...they may have to take that off too.

Check the California Attorney General's Office page before you buy anything.

The Albanian SKS is Cali legal.
It has no pistol grip, non removable ten round magazine, semi only.
The bayonet is legal. I have two of them and they both shoot great.
