i want to apply for my C&R liscense, but can't find the form

i was on the ATF.gov site and searched the firearm section and the form section high and low, i can't find the form i need to apply for my C&R, i searched the high road and still cound not find the exact info im looking for. could someone please tell me exactly what to look for? either on this site or on the ATF one?

I believe you now need to call the ATF Licensing Center in Atlanta, GA and request that the forms be mailed to you. 1-866-662-2750

The form is ATF Form 7CR. It seems the ATF has quit distributing many or their forms online. If the Cruffler form doesn't work you'll have to call F Troop (ATF) and get the form from them.

I am in the process of applying, and could not find forms either.

You can order the forms online, or call the ATF in Atlanta. The forms themselves are not online though, they have to come thru regular mail.

i ordered the forms mailed to my home from the atf website but it was a real pain in the butt finding where to go on their site to get it done and i couldn't tell you how i did it.

That's the form #; just go to the website and get it!

I dont think the Cruffler form is the right form. You are better off to just order them for free from the ATF website. You will get them by mail within the week.

The form takes about the same amount of time to fill out at the form 4473. Its very easy.

BATF Forms

Your local BATF should have forms and save you a long distance call.

BATFE used to have the forms online. As of a year ago, when I applied, they had pulled the C&R form from the web, requiring that you use an original form. Some of the confusion may be from web sites that have instructions from the good old days when you used to be able to get that form online.
