Ideal 30-30 Twist Rate in T/C Encore?

I'm putting serious thought into a 30-30 barrel for my TC Encore for a variety of reasons. I'd be shooting "pointy" rifle bullets exclusively, as there's not another 30-30 around to confuse loads with. Something like 150 or 125 grain Nosler ballistic tips.

I have the choice of 1 in 10 or 1 in 12 twist. I'm thinking 1 in 10 might handle the longer, modern bullets better but I'm not sure.

The 1/10 is the obvious choice, as it will handle the heavier bullets also.

I have a MGM 26" magnum contour encore bbl that's a fantastic shooter with cast or jacketed.

Honestly I would have to get into the safe to see what twist rate it is.
