Hey guys, Just put an order in for a new Rem R25 in .308. I am rapidly reading everything i can on scopes as this will be the first weapon I will own that I will be using a scope with. I am pretty stoked about it.
I have read a mess of sites to get me familiar with the basic. What I am missing is that practical experience y'all got with them. So keeping in mind this is a $1,500 rifle, I don't want to throw a pile of trash on it, i am looking for some brand names/models of similar quality as the weapon that will let me narrow the field down to a list I can personally go out and play with.
Thoughts?
