thought I'd drop this in among the experts and see if anyone can provide some insight:
Last weekend, I picked up a Savage Mdl 12 at a gunshow and it had an older Tasco 6-24x40 scope on it. It's a gloss black scope with low adjustment turrets and a standard reticle. How would I go about identifying the scope model and how old it is?
