RACINE IDPA – December 2nd Match
The next Racine IDPA match is coming up this Saturday, December 4, 2006. All shooters new and old are invited. The match is being held indoors at Shooter’s Sport Center in Racine. Racine Wisconsin is located about 20 minutes north of the Illinois border between Chicago and Milwaukee. Directions can be found on our web site at http://www.racineidpa.com.

Setup and range preparation will start at 5:00 PM. Registration is at 5:15 PM. Safety meeting will be at 6:00 PM with shooting to start immediately after.

You MUST attend the safety meeting to be able to shoot. If you arrive late and miss the safety meeting you will not be able to shoot. Also eye and ear protection and a baseball type cap are required.

COURSES OF FIRE
This month features three stages plus a side match. Concealment will be mandatory. Ammo requirements would suggest bringing a total of 50 rounds. The side match includes a couple of rounds through a 12ga shotgun (shells will be supplied by Racine IDPA).

Match fee is $15 for Racine members, $18 for all non-members.

NEW SHOOTERS
If you are a new shooter, we ask that you do not gear up until we meet to discuss equipment placement (holster and mag carriers). One of our S.O.'s will ask each new shooter to explain the controls (safety, mag release, etc) of their firearm.
