Hostages

These hostages mean nothing. All these captives did by not fighting to the death was put a sword in the hands of our enemy. A weapon that will be used to scare the elderly and such. Dont forget that these civilians are mercenarys, over there because of the money! If we can find out where they are, then the D boys should go get them. Other than that they are already dead in my book. And please dont tell me i would think different if it was my son that was captured. He is thinking of signing on with KBR and I told him if he gets killed over there I will piss on his grave!

Referring to the Japanese as "Japs" is not an abbreviation of the word, as in Jews is for the Jewish. This is not a PC issue, like refusing to call Blacks "African-Americans". It is a RACIST remark.


Allowing these things to pass isn't really taking thehighroad is it? It doesn't surprise me, but it should, that comments like these are allowed to stay on the forums for more than minutes before people comment on them.

Determining whether or not it was a racist remark requires us to look at context and intent. In this case, I don't believe the remark was racist. I think you're just looking to pick a fight.
