Well, never having shot one, I still think the P99 is pretty cool. I'd do the obvious; make a .45ACP version of it. S&W did it with their ugly clone, why not do it with the original?

10+1 capacity, thin doublestack mag (think Wilson KZ45). Very cool.
 
Make .45 ACP P99s and compact 9MM versions.

Make good quality PPKs like the imported ones were.

Have at least one high end steel gun like the P5 made in sufficient numbers.

Oh yeah, and tell S&W to go spit:D
 
I'd make:
Compact P99 (9mm ,40 SW .45ACP and 10mm)
A 10mm P99
A .357 P99


More caliber P99s :)

Oh yeah I'd also hire Lunde as my chief advisor
 
Lifetime warranty: The last time I checked Walther's warranty was one year.

More product: Over the last two months, I have gone to three guns shows looking for a 9mm P99QA to buy; I didn't see one.
