I'm converting the masses...but I need help.

So I've done pretty good lately. In the past 2 weeks I've helped two young ladies realize the importance of self defense, the fact that guns are well suited for this purpose, and that guns are not evil things that will sting you if you turn your back on them (can't claim 100% credit, but a little). Now the hard part.

I am fully aware of my shortcomings as a teacher. I need two good, neophyte-friendly places to send these prospective shooters. Does anyone know of a good training range that offers orientation classes in either of the following areas:

1) NW Georgia (Cartersville, Rome...maybe as far down as Kennesaw)

2) Colorado (Colorado Springs...Denver would be a long drive, but doable.

A bonus would be if they offered a rental or even free trial on several different types of firearms. These folks have somewhere between "a tiny bit" and "zero" experience.

The Colorado Springs will include a couple class rooms and a long list of both N.R.A.- and I.P.S.C.-certified instructors. That was the good news. The bad news is that it won't be open until November.
