Help me out.

I have a UBG Canute IWB holster for my M&P9 fullsize (4.25" barrel). The holster is nice, but the butt of the gun just doesn't do me any favors, and I find it difficult or uncomfortable to conceal. If I can get it comfortable, it sticks out, if it conceals, it bugs me to death.

So....thinking about other carry options.

These would mainly be for winter (I guess? I don't know how well it'd work in summer):
OWB high-ride http://ubgholsters.com/beltholsters.html
Shoulder rig http://highnoonholsters.com/Product_Line/_Under_Taker/_under_taker.html

Or...I could just get a holster for my CZ-82, which would be much more comfortable to conceal because of its dimensions. just not as powerful of a round.

What do you think would be best for me to conceal?

I'm about 6'2", and 250-260 lbs.

I also have a Jframe mdl 36 that I have a pocket holster for, and that's ok, but I think IWB or OWB would be better for it because it's a little heavy for pocket carry.

It's tough to tell. What are you comfortable carrying, powerwise or actionwise? I carry revolvers in .357 Magnum and .38 Special as primary guns. (The KelTec P32 is not a primary gun.) A good-sized guy like yourself should be able to carry a full-sized handgun without a problem. Since it is the grip on the MP9 that's giving you trouble, you might try a revolver like a 3 or 4 inch K-Frame S&W round-butt or even an L-Frame. A good quality pancake in cowhide or IWB holster in horsehide should do the trick.
