Implications of using a ,45acp CorBon 160 grain DPX in a 5" 1911?

What would result?
What would be different from the 185 grain DPX loadout in the same gun?

Lower recoil? More Velocity? Would there be decreased penetration? Would any loss in penetration be significant enough to consider?
