Implimentation of Confiscation

And then they got their butts handed to them in court and had to return the guns, and states changed their laws to make such confiscations illegal.
What is your definition of "Butts handed to them"?

Did anyone do jail time?

Did anyone =personally= pay a fine or penalty?

A good "tongue lashing" from a Judge, IMHO, hardly qualifies as sufficient punishment for unlawfully kicking in my door, violating my Constitutional rights, and confiscating my property.

Nor does is sound like much of a deterrent to such help prevent such actions in the future.

"Two seconds in I realized it was InfoWars and mashed the back button. "

I thought it was just the same old foolishness. Is that what this InfoWars thing is, the same old sky is falling nonsense recycled?

"That is the point.
There is no hold up...
... the confiscation has already been implemented and carried out in Katrina 7 years ago, not sure where else.

It apparently worked."

What worked? You have no evidence of anything other than some random confiscations in one town SEVEN YEARS AGO. And as was pointed out, what they did was found to be wrong by the court.

Forget the Highlander, Chicken Little is the one true immortal. :)

But you should also remember, they flat STOLE these guns. Most of them were either never seen again or damaged beyond usability. To my knowledge, no one ever paid a fine or did time for it.

So when people say; "That's impossible. The government can't just come and take your guns, it doesn't work like that." THIS is the example to show that they can, they will, and they have, and not a hundred years ago.

Since the UN Treaty has been entered into this discussion: http://goo.gl/aizAz

It's a YouTube by Dick Morris who explains how the treaty will be signed on 7/27 by Hillary, and be enforceable until renounced by a POTUS - even without ratification by the Senate.
