I have recipes for .221 and .222 using IMR 4227. However, I cannot find any 4227 listed for the .223. I've been using 4198, but it meters like a bunch of bolts.

Anyone have a recipe for using 4227 in the .223?

IMO 4227 is too fast a powder to load in the .223. If you don't like 4198 try a spherical powder for better metering. H335, CFE223, AA2200, AA2230, TAC and a few others will all work very well in the .223.

I don't think you will be able to get enough 4227 into the case or find data for that combination.
