I load with 4350 and 4064 for mine, but here's some loads out of the Modern Handloading 2nd Edition, and the 6.5x55 handbook. Lyman 49 doesn't list any loads for 4320.

Lee Modern Handloading:

140grn bullet:
IMR 4320 - 33.4grns starting for 2220fps - 37.5grns max for 2465fps at 45500CUP

Sierra Bullets:
M96 Swedish Mauser, 29.5" Barrel, Federal Case, 2.155" TTL, Federal 210 primer:

120grn bullet:
IMR 4320 - 37.3grns starting for 2600fps - 42.4 grns max for 2900fps
140grn bullet:
IMR 4320 - 34.5grns starting for 2400 - 39.4grns max for 2600fps

Speer Bullets:
Ruger Model 77 MkII, 22" Barrel, Federal Case, 2.155" TTL, CCI 200 Primer

120grn bullet:
IMR 4320 - 38.0grns starting for 2514fps - 42.0grns max for 2779fps
140grn bullet:
IMR 4320 - 36.5grns starting for 2313fps - 40.5grns max for 2567fps

Barnes Bullets:
24" bbl, Winchester Case, Federal GM 210M Primer, 2.155" TTL

120grn bullet:
IMR 4320 - 38.0 grns starting for 2652fps - 42.0grns max for 2931fps
140grn bullet:
IMR 4320 - 35.0 grns starting for 2514fps - 39.0grns max for 2801fps

There also should be data available on Hodgden/IMR's website. Just type in Hodgden reloading data into google.

Got nothing on 4320 loads but if you want to talk 4350, RL19 or RL22 loads I'll talk your ear off :) First deer I ever took with one of my handloads was a 4350/120gr 6.5x55. Are you shooting a modern action or a old Mauser?

It is a Turkish 98 Mauser action built in 1938 and yes I have some IMR 4350 what is your favorite load for that?

4320 is just a tad bit fast burning for the Swede. IMR4350 with 120 gr. pills does pretty well. But mine likes stuff like RL19 or IMR4831 and 140 gr. bullets.

Hodgdon lists IMR4320 the next step slower than Varget on their burn rate chart. Back in the day, it was the hot setup in the 22-250 with 55gr Rem power-lokt bullets. That was in the 70's, and way before Vargets introduction in 1996.
It is a functional powder in the 6.5 Swede, but slower powders are more efficient in that beautifully designed cartridge. I have used H414, Rel-19, H4350 and Rel-22 with good results. Slower burning powders seem to provide less chance of a pressure spike, but with your M98 action, it's likely less of an issue. In fact, you can push the envelope a bit with your M98.
I'm guessing that you have an original Swede Mauser barrel installed on your Turk Mauser with small ring threads, and that was a popular alteration until original Swede barrel prices went crazy.
Look at www.hodgdon.com for a list of loads, as well as www.alliantpowder.com for their data.

45.5gr of IMR 4350 and a 120gr Ballistic Tip, that one brings back memories that was the first handload I ever killed a deer with, that is a max load so step it up from 41gr, should thump deer like Thor's Hammer. A while back I switched to RL19 for the extra 100fps I can squeeze out with it, but the 4350 shoots just as tight. I don't use 4350 for 140gr, a friend who shoots F-Class with a Sweed turned me on to RL22 when I first started loading 140s and I will never use another powder, 200fps over factory and nail driving accuracy it is second to none.

I load 44.0 grs of H4350 behind 140 grn Sierra BTSP GameKings. That's the listed maximum that I've found in several sources. For a maximum load, it's the most accurate that I've ever tried. Way better than I was getting with 4064 in both my rifles.

I loaded some 120gr Sierra SP, 40gr Imr 4320,WLR primers, Win. cases and got 2760fps in my 6.5x55 Howa 22" bbl. Don't rember about accuracy as I failed to record that part (Will do so in the future.) That is the most velocity I have gotten so far out of that rifle.
