I have been prepping my stash of range 9mm brass while waiting for my p938 to be shipped and ran across some Isreli IMT brass which they punch out the flash hole from the inside of the case to the primer pocket instead of punching from the inside of the case. The issue is a primer pocket cleaner will not clean out the pocket due to the burrs inside the primer pocket.
I ordered a primer pocket uniformer attachment for my Hornady trio tool and hope that cleans it up. Also the brass has an interesting lip on the inside the case which I believe it prevents the bullet from seating too deep.
Has anyone ran across this head stamped brass and what did you do about the burrs in the primer pocket?
