When the tv station carried this piece of news last night they had an "Prosecutor" make the claim that this woman had several ppo's against this guy and she "Did everythig she could do" ---

I bet the same guy was one of the people against Michigans CCW law ! :banghead:

I almost think they should give out handguns with the PPO's !

Those court records also indicate Randall Abbott told police he hatched the plot to kill his ex-wife in November of last year. He was in jail at the time, serving a 30 day sentence for assaulting Julie. He had been the subject of three personal protection orders by Julie and friends after several instances of harassment.

"Everything a woman could do" would include two warning shots to the center of mass, two more warning shots to the head, and a call to 911.
