Large numbers of fans and a few writers of Baen Books SF gathering to shoot, raid the Indy 1500 www.indy1500.com and grill a few steaks and beer, then swap war stories for hours.

Hotel, hospitality suite, ammo, guns, booze (AFTER the shooting, NOT before or during), big discounts on merchandise.

You don't have to be a veteran or an SF fan, but large numbers of us are.

You can count me in. I'm a huge SF fan, have read many Baen books (including yours ) and throughly enjoy a good story or two. I'm no veteran, but I can certainly appreciate those who are.

Too bad it seems so far away.
