info needed on cz527 carbine

I picked up a couple of cz527 carbines a couple of years ago....a 223 and a 7.62x39.I scoped both of them and both are tackdrivers.....with a scope.I wan to go back to iron sights on the 7.62 but I had to remove the rear sight to put the scope on.Now the info I need....to replace the rear sight from which side do I push it in AND soes the serrated side go to the front or toward the shooter?

Normal gunsmith procedure for pins & dovetail sights is:
Left to right is Out.
Right to left is In.

The serations on a sight blade, if any, go toward the shooter.
They are there to cut down light reflections and glare when you look at it from shooting position.

And if you find anyone who makes an adjustable rear sight for the 527M, please let me know, been searching for a while. Love the little thing.
