A relative (Uncle) recently passed and I was given by my Aunt a very dirty (VERY DIRTY) double barrel 12 ga. shotgun. It was manufactured by Acme Arms Co. It appears to be fairly old , with what appears to be a "tiger stripe" walnut stock. Acme Arms Co. is engraved on each side of the receiver with Belgium engraved underneath. The engraving is located next to the hammers. The barrel lenghth is 30 inches. I don't have a camera that I can post pics, but I would be gratefull for any info on this gun.

Checking a cross reference page:

Acme Arms Company: Trade name used by the J. Stevens Arms and Tool Company on pistolsand shotguns produced for the Cornwall Hardware Company of New York.

Acme arms eh? i donno i wouldnt trust it. Acme had serious safety issues since those rocket skates blew up that coyote.
