Installing a lanyard ring on a MK III BHP.

I just installed a lanyard ring on one of my BHP MK IIIs and here are a couple of photos..

I bought the ring and stud from SARCO Inc. and used a #28 drill for the hole. The tap is 8/36.....

This HP also has a Cylinder & Slide wide trigger and extended safety, also an Inglis ring hammer.. It has had the mag safety removed and 3 coils cut from the mainspring. I adjusted the trigger pull to a crisp 5#.. BTW, this BHP is a 1989 factory phosphate example..

It is a SWEETIE!!!!
