They need to stress these laws may have been in action long before the Parkland shooting.
And, inaccurate in regard to ID. There is also a strengthening of the stand your ground and castle doctrine that has passed through the houses.
 
I've got some issues with that map as far as FL is concerned. While FL is not doing much in favor of guns these days, the map is misleading.
First, while unfortunately while SB7026 did pass, almost all of the excessive number of amendments that the damn libs tired to add to it failed.
As for the rest HB221, HB219, HB7101, they all died in committee:

You really can't read much out of bills introduced, every year the dems introduce a large number of idiotic bills but usually none of them get out of committee. I'm sure this happens in every state, I only follow FL.
